JFB material is made of strong cast bronze based metal with special
solid lubricants embedded.The base metal withstands high load and
the solid lubricants provide for self-lubrication The bearing shows

extreme high/lower temperature with low speed. This material
provides a maintenance-free bearing solution,particularly for high

JFB solid inlaid bearing is a high performance solid lubricated
product embedded with graphite or MoS2 solid lubricant on a high
strength brass matrix.It breaks through the limitation of ordinary
bearing depending on oil film lubrication.In the process of use,
the friction heat makes the solid lubricant rub with the shaft,
forming the excellent condition of oil and powder co-lubrication,
which not only protects the shaft from wear, but also makes the
solid lubrication characteristics eternal.Its hardness is one time
higher than general copper sleeve, wear resistance is also one time
higher.At present, it has been widely used in metallurgical
continuous casting machine, train support, steel rolling equipment,
mining machinery, ships, gas turbines and other occasions of high
temperature, high load, low speed and heavy load.
